nylon: as the base material of soft can packaging materials, nylon is indispensable, mainly including biaxial stretching and non stretching. In addition, it can also be used as a composite material for cooking bags and on high barrier films for high temperature and high pressure sterilization

high density polyethylene: special high density polyethylene for soft cans has been sold in Japan. Although this film has poor gas barrier, it can be used as a sealing layer because of its excellent tensile strength, elongation, tear strength and sealing adaptability. However, the heat resistance of HDPE is poor, and its maximum heat resistance temperature is 120 ℃. Polypropylene: polypropylene has good transparency and oil resistance, and its heat resistance is better than that of special polyethylene, so it can be used as the sealing layer of cooking bags and cooking containers. In soft can packaging materials, most of them use non stretched polypropylene film or sheet as its sealing layer

aluminum foil: aluminum foil is made by calendering electrolytic aluminum with purity of more than 90%. When used as packaging materials, aluminum foil is the only metal substrate in packaging composites. The thickness of aluminum foil used in cooking is polyurethane foam, which is an efficient thermal insulation material of 7-15 microns, while the thickness of aluminum foil used in cooking container is 50-130 microns. Aluminum foil is non-toxic and tasteless, with excellent shading, high moisture resistance, gas resistance and confidentiality, which can most effectively protect the packaged goods. As a fatty food, improper use will cause the sample to break at the fixture and lead to the failure of the experiment, it is the most suitable packaging material.
